I've been a certified coach and trainer for several years now. My areas of expertise are management, leadership, sales force development, soft skills, change management and crisis/conflict management.
What are the main stages in my professional life?
After a very typical training as a management controller, I had two superb internship and job opportunities at HAVAS and VALEO.
I had an entrepreneurial streak from an early age, so it was only natural that I should join the family business group.
After 10 years training as a business manager, the future challenge was to have his own structure.
And so Le Chef est une femme was born. The idea was simple: to offer culinary events with experienced chefs.
Over the years and as the company has grown, "le chef est une femme" has become THE UPGRADE GROUP.
Hundreds of events have been organised for companies and individuals over the years.
Upgrade Academy is a group structure that has enabled us to develop our training and coaching activities.
The desire to be independent again in a career rich in sharing, learning and training. Birth of 5 minutes Sandra, a company devoted exclusively to training and coaching.
With tens of thousands of people coached in teambuilding, training, incentive trips, seminars and masterclasses.... I'm delighted to be able to share my expertise with you. And to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
